Bake Sale and Gaeltacht trip

Electric car in school

On Thursday 9th February Charles Cronin and Caroline from the ESB visited the school in an electric car.  They talked to 5th and 6th classes about sustainable energy and then everyone went out to have a look at the car.

Parking/Stopping on laneway

Just incase there is any confusion – parents/childminders/grandparents or anyone involved in the school run should bear the following in mind:

NEVER stop on Washington Lane at the gate to drop children off or collect children at the start and end of the school day.
There is NO PARKING/STOPPING on the small tarmaced apron outside the gate.
